I ordered pallet forks, pallet fork frame and a pallet platform safety cage. I receivecd the forks and frame within a couple of days. I have yet to receive the cage, even though it shows it was shipped at the same time. I contacted Titan at their toll free phone number. The customer service rep advised that the safety cage showed that it was delivered on the same day that it was ordered??? She advised that she would get back with me, so far nothing.
