Generally everything went good. When I discovered two orders for the same item had been processed I called Titan. The lady in customer service was very understanding and agreeded to cancel the second order and issue a refund. However, when i arrived to pick up the fork lift frame two orders were there. After some discussion the trucking company agreed to return one order and I ultimately recieved a refund.
