Received the wrong shipment. Was really put through the paces to prove it was the wrong order (had to send photos of the wrong product, box labels, etc.). Customer service was very slow to respond to my request to have the right product shipped. When they did respond they refunded my money rather than send me the product I did order. Didn't ask me, just refunded the money. Their excuse was the product I wanted is out of stock yet the product still shows up on your website and in stock. I communicated all this to customer service. Their response was a 5% discount on my next order. Really bad form.
