I bought a rotary tiller and broke a blade the first time I used, no bid deal. I accidentally ordered the wrong blades. I followed procedures to return it. Then I spoke with a representative about it and they transferred me to another to order the correct blades. They pulled up the original order of my rotary tiller and told me what blades to order. They sent me the wrong blades. I called again to return and told this time it was their fault and I didn’t think I should have to pay shipping again. They transferred me to someone else and told me they would get back to me. Never heard from anyone else via email or phone. I still don’t have the correct blades.
