Overall experience was good. Easy website to view with good information. Shipment was quick with UPS tracking provided and easy to track. The pack did however show up with the packaging toren, white styrofome insolation pretty much everywhere. It was a mess to clean up on our porch. The item has a few shipping scratches in the paint but item looks serviceable and shoud be a good attachment when installed.
