The pallet forks are great as expected they'd be, but the shipping, well, that leaves something to be desired. I ordered the pallet forks and everything went fast and smooth till they actually got into the hands of FedEx. The delivery was separated into 3 peices and two came on a direct route that got delayed, the third stayed behind and went 15 hours north west. Finally when everything was delivered, it looked as though they may have been used, the frame looked as if it was drug a short way across the floor upside down, and had shipping labels plastered all over which turned into a sticky mess. Other than that, the forks do what they're made for and are heavy duty.
