The product looks good. I have not used it yet.
My problem was I was notified of a delivery date that changed 5 times. I made time to be home so the heavy item could be loaded in my trailer. I didn't mind the time it took to receive I just wanted an accurate day. When it did arrive I was home but was not called or notified. The truck dropped it in the middle of my driveway blocking the garage. I had to call friends to get 500 Lbs into my trailer.
