Item arrived damaged and with anything securing it to the pallet. While this could be a shipping company issue when I filled a ‘warranty’ claim through Titan I was told no shipping insurance was purchased at the time of shipment. I paid extra for shipping to get the item sooner. If it was not purchased at the time of shipment I don’t make that choice, Titan did. So they offered to do ‘one time partial refund’ like it was some big thing. After several emails later the refund amount offered was $5.49!? That’s not a refund, that’s a rounding error. Now I’m pursuing just sending the item back and getting a refund. I’ll purchase from a competing company with hopes of a better experience. I also have a second order with Titan that I purchased several days later than my original purchase. Again, I paid for extra shipping to try and get it here between 3-5 working days. I have received 2 of the 3 pieces. I am in working day 8 since order and 6 since initial shipment. I requested a refund for the extra shipment fee paid since it has not arrived and was told to wait 2 days and if it still hasn’t arrived then customer support can step in to help. So I’m 0 for 2 on items purchased and being able to use the items. At this point I don’t recommend purchasing anything from Titan. Find another supplier for your needs even if it means paying a little more!
