The tracking was a little confusing because it kept saying it was out for delivery but it was actually a couple days away from being delivered. Didn't receive a call fir delivery until the day they were delivering. Not much time to prepare for a big heavy item. But we were very impressed on the process. We just were a first time user of this process. Overall, very happy with the delivery! The item was heavier than we anticipated. Very happy with the quality of the grapple.
