There is always a glitch as the data-base doesn't recognize my address, meaning I cannot order online via PayPal or other methods. I need to have the assistance of a representative, which means, of course, a much longer process. The representatives who help are efficient and get it done however.
Packaging was badly damaged, but the item (Quick Hitch) was not damaged.
