I've never had a problem with anything I've ordered from Titan, until now. And it isn't Titan's fault; Fed Ex lost a 48" fork somewhere around Binghamton, NY. Titan Customer Service via phone handled the situation fine with little fuss until I received an email that included these 2 sentances: "Please be aware that this one-time exception is granted on the understanding that Route Shipping Insurance will be considered for your future orders. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer further assistance for similar issues without the coverage provided by Route". I hadn't heard of this insurance option before when ordering through Titan. And I was taken aback by the abrupt wording that if I purchase anything from Titan in the future, I had better purchase this insurance. Otherwise if the shipment is lost by the shipping company, I'm SOL. I've utilized mail order from many vendors for years and never had them tell me that their responsibility ends once it's in the hands of the shipping company. Anyway, I received the replacement fork. BUT... Titan will be embargoed for a while and I'll utilize other, or local, vendors.
