I ordered a suitcase weight cart and the onefore line process was quick and easy. Communications regarding order receipt, shipping, tracking etc. were good and the item was shipped quickly. It arrived damaged but Titan was quick to ship a replacement when contacted with photos of the damage. Unfortunately there is a design issue with the cart (it will not insert into hitch receiver far enough for pin to insert) that will require me to jury-rig a fix before use.
