Snowblower seems well built. Metal shipping crate was inappropriate for lift gate service. Truck driver had a hard time with the pallet jack. When we finally got it off the truck, snowblower was sideways in the shipping crate at the side of the road. Good thing it has a lift point at the top of the snowblower. I had to use the bucket of the tractor to slide the unit down my driveway. Paint was scratched in some areas because of this. When assembling the unit, found that a grease fitting on the auger was broken off. What a pain to extract it!
