I ordered fork lift attachment and paid for expedited shipping. The attachment shipped in three different shipments. The last piece did not arrive for two weeks. Customer service said they would not refund the shipping costs and that the time was not recommended. I told them I would not recommend paying for something only to have it show up when free shipping was available. Don't buy from these guys. They are a real headache to deal with.
