I had placed an order by mistake, called and emailed to cancel it. This was days before the item left the warehouse. They are unable to communicate between departments. I kept getting the run around on the phone. The customer service was no help. The item eventually shipped and had to be returned. I was stuck with a 75 dollar restocking fee even though I called to cancel it right away days before it shipped.
I would not reccomend doing business with this company. Do youself a favor, and buy your attachments elsewhere.
