The delivery process was awful. I had emails sent to me from Titan that were just wrong. Wrong delivery date promises, wrong delivery status emails, and wrong "your item was delivered" emails. The initial people I called to discuss delivery promised to call me me back and did not. They did manage to call the freight company and put my delivery on hold which really screwed up the delivery, resulting in me not getting my attachment until after a week longer than it could have taken. My mower sat in a delivery terminal not 35 miles away for over a week.
Once I received delivery, the documentaton for assembly and setup was non-existent. I had to find information on the web, mostly from other users, to make sure I was setting up the mower properly. For an expensive peice of equipment, this is unexcusable.
The behavior of the hydraulics is a bit strange. I had to reverse connections a few times to get the mower to move as it should, and there is no explanation as to why it works one way but not the other.
I had to tighten all the loose bolts on the flail hammers.
One grease zert was defective and a spring poped out of it. You should send me a replacement.
The mower should be delivered with the cut hight in the higher position... everyone has to move the roller and the shoes which is an unneccesary pain. Who would use the mower in "scalp" mode? Nobody that has written reviews on the internet... that is for sure.
In actual usage, it works as expected so far.
