Haven't had the chance to use the pallet forks yet, but you asked me how you guys did. The product came scratched in several places, yes I know it will get scratched with use, however, when buying a new product, you want the equipment to look new, not used. Now this could have been the shippers fault, but some wrapping probably would have kept this from happening.
