The order process was OK, but I had to search to find how to order "Standard" shipping instead of "Economy" - I needed the equipment on time, and wanted a shorter delivery schedule. Even though I paid extra for the Standard shipping, there were several frustrating delays in delivery. But, it got here barely in time for me to use it, and in good condition, in spite of a delay due to shipping damage (mostly packaging and minor cosmetic damage).
