Everything I've purchased from Titan has been top quality and "as advertised," except for one PTO shaft that was shipped with heavy black paint fouling the release buttons on the couplers, and heavy black paint and some kind of fibrous material jammed into the couplings. It took a lot of effort to remove the paint and clean the splines in the couplings. Once that was done, it worked as described.
