My 20 Ton log splitter arrived last week with blunt-force damage to the motor and a missing wheel bearing so we can't attached one of the wheels. The machine is unusable. After multiple calls and emails to Titan product support, we have no feedback or plan from Titan about what the company is going to do to make the machine work. If I don't hear an acceptable plan by this afternoon, I will contact my credit card provider to stop or recover the payment and tell Titan it's their responsibility to come pick up the broken piece of junk.
