The ordering process was fine and the delivery and condition of the product went welll. My only disappointment was the difficulty in reaching a service rep when I had to change the delivery address. The phone was never answered by a live agent and I had to leave my number for callbacks, which came, but I was frequently unavailable. Had I been able to hold for an agent, it would have been much more convenient.
Also, I had to pay a $75 handling fee to change the address after paying a $75 fee with my order on top of the shipping. That seemed excessive, but the part was hard to find so I had to accept it.
As I said, though, the product is in good condition and FedEx did a nice job with the delivery.
