The website and ordering process was good. I found some of the information I needed on line, but not enough to answer all my questions. I called the Titan number and asked for help to get more information, but it appears the person I reached only had access to the same info that was on line. I like a lot of technical detail (things like steel grade, thickness, pulling strength, etc.) but could not find it. My suggestion is to include as much technical info as possible for each product so that customers can make more informed decisions.
