I ordered a new John Deere pallet forks and a weight ballast box. The forks were terrible packaged and scratched up. I opened a case on it and I might as well been talking to a fence post as nothing was done, and I sent two followups. The ballast box is poorly made and it will never hold sand as the door on it is poorly constrcuted.
I would not buy here again!
