The item is, as always, excellent quality and came standard delilvery (not freight) and with free shipping included in the price. The order is given 4 stars (should be more like 4.5), only because one piece of the two piece order lost its container and had to be re-labled for delivery but even so it made it just fine with the loose pins and retainers arriving as well. Kudos to the delivery company! I really like this little fork lift and use it on the farm almost daily.
