Pallet frame and forks were NOT SHIPPED ON A PALLET. I wouldn't have cared about a couple scratches because it's a farm implement but the frame sufferred from EXTENSIVE paint damage in transit due to lack of proper packaging. Customer service takes 2-4 business days to respond to emails and after two weeks of back and forth I settled on a 10% refund because I was tired of dealing with their terrible customer service. They repeatedly denied shipping the items separately even though I have pictures of the three separate labels and tracking numbers. What a joke of a company.
