Be aware BEFORE YOU Oder! Unit was lost during shipping. I first chatted with a rep to inform them that the UPS tracking # showed the item was lost in shipping. This first rep made me wait nearly 14 calendar days to make a claim. That only makes sense if the tracking # shows it is still in transit. But the UPS web site stated: “Exception/Damage Reported/All merchandise is missing, and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender/UPS will notify the shipper about the damage.” The 2nd rep was very difficult to understand, not due to language but he was using a headset or speakerphone that was very muffled. This was even after he called me back. This customer service rep told me that for future orders if I didn't pay for shipping insurance, I would have to pay for a replacement, and I would have to eat the cost of the lost attachment!! In the meantime, the item I ordered went on sale, but they would not apply the sale price to the replacement order. Be aware, if you are going to buy from Titan pay for the shipping insurance or you might get screwed if the order is lost in shipping! I've never worked with a vendor that had this policy. However, forcing everyone to pay for shipping insurance when other vendors do not might be a deal killer. By the time the replacement arrived it was too late for the job I had scheduled. I had to purchase the attachment from another vendor to keep my timeline. I like Titan for their low prices and the attachments that I have ordered in the past were all good items for the price. However, if you are going to order from them, do not be a hurry and budget for the shipping insurance because their policy is once you order it, you are going to pay if the item arrives or not. I guess kudos are deserved to the customer service rep that made an exception for me on this policy.
