Very seldom do I write a negative review. I always give the company a chance to make things right, but my first and only experience with Titan will be my last. It's unfortunate because the product looks good, but the customer support is terrible. I recently purchased the Pro Series Pallet Fork Frame with 60" forks for my brand new John Deere tractor. The frame was shipped on a pallet and the forks were shipped on top of the frame without any barrier between them. Needless to say, the forks scratched the paint on the frame. The frame was also severely damaged on the top part of the frame. Something ha hit it so hard that it bent the frame. I filed a claim with the trucking company and then called Titan support. I talked to a person named Mark and described to him what happened and complained about the poor packaging. He said that this was not how Titan typically packages their products and said that he would take care of it. I sent Mark some pictures of the damage and a few days later I got an email from him offering me $78 for the damage. I responded by saying that was not acceptible because the frame was damaged beyong repair for an item I paid more than $800 for. Then it was crickets. I sent emails asking for an update and it took about 8-10 days before they decided to send me a new frame. When the new frame arrived, it was also shipped loose on a pallet with no protective barrier under or on top of it. The bottom side which is the front facing part of the frame had slid around on the pallet during transit rubbing on top of the nail heads. Needless to say, the paint was in pretty bad shape. In some places it was wore down to bare metal. I reached back out to Titan and now they have me working with Christen. She apologized and once again said that this is not how they ship things and that they always secure them. She offered me $78 for the damage and said that I could use touch up paint. I asked her to please send me $450 or ship me a new frame because this would take much more than $78 to properly fix this and that the $78 was basically insult just like the first one. She said that she would have to escalate this and then I started working with Dumunique. He offered me $100 dollars and I said that it was unacceptible and asked him to send me a new frame that was properly packaged and secured to the pallet. He said that they ship them loose all of the time, which is opposite of what Christen told me. He said that most frames make it okay but some don't and they are looking at changing their shipping methods. He also said that two replacements was the limit and they would not send me a another new frame. They are coming to pick it up next week, and he told me that he wants me to make sure the forks are tied down to the frame. Are you kidding me! I don't own banding equipment. This has become a joke. I told Dumunique that I was planning to purchase additional products from Titan for my new tractor, but I was holding off until this was resolved. After he told me that they wouldn't ship me a new frame, I immediately started ordering some of the other items a need from other companies like Heavy Hitch and others. These items have been arriving and they have been packaged extremely well. I am pleased with them. Who knows how long it will take me to get my full refund from Titan. I am told it takes 8-10 buisiness days, but based on my experience, I am not holding my breath. It's really sad how this ended up ths way when it didn't need to. All they would have needed to do was to put heavy cardboard under the bottom and on top of the frame and then band it to the pallet. It's not rocket science.
