The rake was milled at the wrong spec which caused the two primary pieces to be misaligned and therefore inoperable. After nearly two months of back and forth with customer service, a replacement was sent and the original equipment sent back. Quality control is questionable at best and if you are unluckily enough to deal with customer service, best of luck to you.
