I ordered a fronthoe with a 12" bucket. Tracking never showed that it left the facility. Fedex freight delivered a pallet. It had the arm but there's no bucket. I called, chatted, and emailed support. chat and email helped none. Phone rep took a message and a supervisor called me back. "The bucket shows delivered", "It wasn't on the pallet", "yes it was", "No it wasn't", Let us check with the carrier and see if we can find it. "we'll call you back tomorrow". 4 days later. Nothing. I didn't buy insurance. Why do I need to guarantee that you do your job? If your order a multiple piece order, good luck. I ordered another bucket because i don't expect much more out of them. It hasn't arrived either. I wonder how many buckets I need to order to actually get one?
