Honestly this was the worst experience I have ever had. My shipment was sent in 3 pieces. One piece showed up but 2 were lost. They provided zero help and told me since I paid for the extra insurance, that they push during checkout, I had to contact Route for a remedy. I have purchased a bunch of attachments for multiple pieces of equipment and I recommend working with a different company. I’m a month in and still no resolution on anything.
