Part of the side rail was bent, I had to pound it out.
A reflector was broken.
One of the foldable ramp tabs' hole was too small to accommodate the spring loaded pin. I had to use a rasp to file the hole to make the pin fit.
The printed instructions were not clear, AND they were blurry. The instructions called for tools I did not need, and I needed tools the instructions did not call for.
I am pleased with the product so far, but have not used it yet.
