Placed and order. 3 days later I recieved an email indicating that the product was unavailable. Then my credit card was chrged for the purchase. Sent email, no response. Called and was told it would take 5 to 7 business days to process the refund. Pay the bill and hope it's refunded. Why was the credit card charged after Titan cancelled the order?
