Paid for a new carrier but was sent someone’s return, bent, dented scratched, was partially put together, reflectors broken, had to drill hole for the quick release on the gate, would have returned but desperate for a means to get my husband to doctor appointments. You should be ashamed sending this out as new, I would appreciate if you could at least send me new reflectors, you really owe me money back!
