The item is very light considering its size, but seems to be sturdy too. The only real issue I had was the instructions. They’re extremely vague and difficult to follow. There’s no mention of the bracing bars or brackets needing to be moved or placed on the existing rack wherever they best fit. The drawing makes it look like they’re supposed to go in specific places, but that is not the case. It was only after some trial and error that I was able to determine how best to attach mine. But now that it’s on I am very happy with it, and it’s proven very useful.
