Package came on time and communication good but box was damaged on arrival.(straps had cut thru narrow side and 6-8" up long sides). Parts were strewn all over in box. Took a long time to find everything. Washers were imbedded in cardboard and had to be dug out. Ended up short 2 lockwashers.
Registation sheet with url to instruction was tour up from everything sliding. Eventually i was able to get all found and put together but it was concerning the quality of the packaging.
