The information emailed regarding the shipping status was incorrect. When we phoned Titan to obtain clarification, the person who answered was not helpful and seemed disinterested. The ramp arrived with numerous scratches, stains, and several broken components in the chain and pin mechanisms to be used when the ramp is folded.
