Ramps arrived promptly and appear to be very well made with clean welds, no rough/sharp edges, and consistent paint finish. Excellent value, enhanced by a substantial discount on the day I purchased them. Looking forward to using them. Arrived with minor damage on one ramp. Nothing substantial, just a slight "fold over" bend at one end of a vertical side, adjacent to the hinge. Straightened with a few hammer taps. Paint is cracked/chipped and the aluminum shows stress cracking. Small piece (1/2") of aluminum will likely break off. Not a critical problem, does not affect the usefulness/safety of the ramp. Recommendations: - Replace the lightweight cotter keys used to secure the castle nuts on the hinges with more substantial ones, or use a nyloc type nut instead of the castle nut. Factory installed cotter keys are too small and brittle. - For added durability use a powder coat finish instead of paint.
