Initially I was concerned after receiving phone call a couple days after placing online order asking to verify the information I submitted. I had never experienced this situation before. Because if the delay between placing order and follow up call I wasn't sure the order would be received in time for Christmas. But it did arrive in time and I'm very satisfied now.
