Packaging is terrible. The first one arrived missing major parts and hardware with a completely destroyed cardboard box. The replacement (which took a month to get) arrived with a completely destroyed cardboard box missing some of the hardware (nuts, bolts, washers). I was able to obtain the needed hardware locally.
