Weight of ramp listed for on website was almost 1/2 of actual weight when received. Neither myself or my wife could handle it so it had to be returned. Return shipping cost an additional $63 out of pocket. Phone reps were very easy to work with but that shipping was around 20% for no reason. Please correct website so others don't do the same.
