I accidentally ordered the wrong carrier and was told it would cost me $125 to return it. The lady on the phone was very hard to understand because she mumbled at the end of her sentences. She told me she would email me a return process but never did. The overall dimensions are miss leading, I thought those were the dimensions for the cargo area and that led to the wrong selection. When the package arrived it was filthy with warehouse dust like it was left out on the highway for weeks. Very unsatisfied!
