I attempted to cancel my order soon after placing it. Your company rushed to send the order out. Now, you’re saying I have to pay to ship the order back and take a 20% hit on the refund, as well.
Your company will never get another cent from me and I will tell everyone who will listen about how awful Titan Ramps is.
If you’re willing to pay to ship this order back and give me a full refund, please let me know. Otherwise, see the above. Absolutely, abysmal customer service.
