In August 2020 I purchased a 9ct gold bracelet for £159.99 and by December 2020 it literally fell off my wrist. Telephoned Customer Service and was advised to return the item for repair or a refund. After receiving no update, telephoned Customer Service who advised the item was received on 6th January 2021. Having received no further updates have telephoned Customer Service 3 times to be advised a decision would be made 20th January, telephoned again today as still no decision made and still awaiting a promised call back.
