Really disappointed. I have signed up to your TJC + service and asked for an automatic renewal. This has not happened twice. Both times I have gone through the process of speaking to the team to set it up. Both times the “free” month has expired and rather than automatically taking the money for renewal as I had been promised at set up, this did not happen and I have been charged for postage. When this matter has been brought up and could easily be settled by offering me the money I have been charged for postage on 4 occasions the customer service agent says he cant do it and can only offer a £10 voucher. I have been charged around £20+ . The customer service agent has assured me that I am now set up as a TJC+ member but this not cover the postage I have laid out when I shouldn’t have. I think trading standards needs to know that they are offering a service that they cannot manage effectively. If this is not sorted then I might need to inform them and take my custom elsewhere. For the sake of a few ££ I hope TJC can sort this out. I spend 1000’s of £ a year with them.
