Awful customer service department had to wait 20 minutes for someone to eventually pick up the phone. She offered no apology for my wait time and when I discussed that I was still waiting for a dispatch email told me bluntly, oh the item is out of stock! I ordered my item on Monday 15th March 10 pendants for £9.99 and have had to phone them today. They send no email to say it’s out of stock (this had happened a few times now) which I pointed out and she just kept saying sorry. I spoke to (eventually) a manager called Rob who was very rude, and actually admitted over the phone when asked “ so it’s pot luck you getting an item if there are supposedly 700 callers for an item” to which he replied “yes”!! When I placed my order “there wasn’t 700 items for that auction so how have I not received my item” no reply. I asked for compensation for the lack of communication and customer service to which he replied, can’t do that not policy, I said ok what about at your discretion and he said laughing “no”. Half the stuff I have received over the past few months has been of a very poor quality not worth the money anymore.
I have asked me a return phone call which to be honest I’m not holding my breath about.
