The jewellery channel, I placed a bid on Monday the 29/3/2021 I decided to have the ring fast tracked because I was due to go back to work on the Thursday that week so I kind of expected the order to arrive by royal mail but the ring didn't arrive. So I decided to call the jewellery channels customer services they told me that my order was being delivered by Amazon I'm at a loss as to why they would use Amazon everybody knows Amazon is not reliable. It's been a week today since the bid took place and my order has still not arrived I'm absolutely furious. I can't really answer the other questions as I've still not received the package but I had pick something in order to post my review. I do have an order number if I need to prove that this review is genuine.
