I’ve been buying from this channel for years and have never had any issues when, on the very rare occasion, there’s been a problem with an item. I’ve had some lovely jewellery, silk scarves and leather handbags from them - as well as beauty items now that they are branching out more with makeup etc - and will continue to use them and recommend them.
