I had to return an item as it didn't seem the same as actually being shown on the channel,and i still think they weren't the same earrings,however, TJC were very good at dealing with this in that i got my refund extremely quickly. So,i will still shop with them as and when. I have given up going into Jewellery shops a long time ago !
