On the whole not a bad company to deal with. Yes I have had issues but generally sorted out yo my satisfaction. What I dont like is CS is only available during certain times of the day. But broadcast goes on 24/7 and cannot easily get through to CS when you want them.
I suggest LONGER CS hours and more operatives during busy times.
