Absolutely disgraceful. An account was set up using somebody else's email address. This is potentially identify theft and a criminal offence. It was probably an error. However, despite my concerns and numerous emails, TJC has not responded. I asked that the account was deleted but receipt of an email asking me to provide a review would indicate otherwise.
Still waiting TJC and your managing director will be receiving a letter.
